We believe every rupee donated to us is a trust (Amanah) that must be spent carefully, ethically, and strictly for its designated purpose. This transparency report is designed to keep our donors and the public fully informed of our legal status, financial records, and operational guidelines.

3. Financial Resource Allocation

We carefully regulate administrative expenses to ensure that the maximum possible share of donation inflows directly impacts the beneficiary. Below is a breakdown of our target resource allocation:

Direct Programmatic Impact (Education, Health, Nutrition, Economy) 85%

Includes school supplies, books, girls' hostel meals, salary for educators, medical camp supplies, and raw materials for weaving collectives.

Administrative, Overhead & Operational Support 15%

Includes electricity, website hosting, digital transaction fees, bank charges, and office maintenance.

4. Audit and Financial Statements

Our financial statements are prepared annually in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards.

In strict compliance with the **Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA)**, Madrasah Jobedatul Banat & Welfare Trust accepts contributions **only from Indian Citizens using domestic payment instruments (issued in India, in Indian Rupees - INR)**.

We DO NOT accept foreign funds, contributions from non-Indian bank accounts, or donations from foreign passport holders at this time. If you are an NRI holding an Indian passport, please contact our support team to verify compliance requirements before initiating a bank transfer.

5. Governance and Trustee Board

The trust is governed by a Board of Trustees representing local community members, educationalists, and social workers. The board meets quarterly to review project timelines, approve budgets, and verify audit reports. Trustees serve on a voluntary basis and do not receive any salary, sitting fees, or honorarium from the trust funds.
