4. Audit and Financial Statements
Our financial statements are prepared annually in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards.

- Annual Filing: We file our annual income tax returns (ITR-7) regularly with the Income Tax Department of India, satisfying all trust operations guidelines.

5. Governance and Trustee Board
The trust is governed by a Board of Trustees representing local community members, educationalists, and social workers. The board meets quarterly to review project timelines, approve budgets, and verify audit reports. Trustees serve on a voluntary basis and do not receive any salary, sitting fees, or honorarium from the trust funds.
